Information we collect

The contact form collects six fields. Your name, your email address and a message about your project are required. Company, project timeframe and budget range are optional.

We ask for your name and email so we know who is writing and can reply. We ask for your message so we understand what you need. The optional fields give useful context when you choose to share them.

Before the form sends, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not an automated script.

How your message reaches us

On submit, the server verifies the Turnstile check and sends everything you typed as a single email to Aurora. Your email address becomes the reply-to address, so a reply goes straight to you.

Nothing is written to a database. That one email is the only record.

Third parties involved in serving this page

Cloudflare hosts the site and sees the IP address and page requests of every visitor, as any host does.

Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact form to check you are not a bot, and sees your IP address as part of that check.

The typeface, Inter, loads from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when your browser requests the font, on every page, not only the contact page.

Analytics and cookies

No analytics tool runs on this site, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

Cloudflare Turnstile is a script we do not control and may set its own cookies to run its check. Nothing else tracks your visit.

Data retention

Messages are not stored in a database. Once sent, the email stays in Aurora's inbox like any other email, with no automatic deletion, and is deleted when you ask.

Your rights under the LGPD and the GDPR

In Brazil the LGPD gives you the right to confirm whether we process your information, to access it, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, and know who we shared it with.

In the European Union and the European Economic Area the GDPR gives comparable rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Your information is never used for an automated decision about you.

You can also complain to your national data protection authority, which in Brazil is the ANPD.
